Dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center in TourPilot. Here you'll find the most important information about your trips, statistics, and quick access to frequently used features.

Statistics Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find cards with key metrics:

Active tripsNumber of trips currently in progress (status: published, start date ≤ today, end date ≥ today)
UpcomingNumber of published trips that haven't started yet
Participants (month)Number of participants added in the current month
SOS AlertsNumber of active (unresolved) SOS alerts. The card is highlighted in red when there are active alerts
PilotsNumber of active pilots in the organization

Clicking on a card takes you to the relevant section (e.g., trips or users).

Quick Actions

A section with quick access buttons to frequently used features:

  • New trip - go to trip creation
  • Trips - list of all trips
  • Pilots - user management
  • Places - places database
  • Media - media library (photos, files)
Permissions

Buttons are only visible to users with appropriate permissions. For example, the "New trip" button requires permission to create trips.

SMS Usage

A card showing SMS usage in the current month:

  • Used - number of SMS messages sent
  • Limit - monthly SMS limit in your plan
  • Remaining - how many SMS messages you can still send

The progress bar changes color based on usage:

  • 🟢 Green - below 75% of the limit
  • 🟡 Yellow - 75-90% of the limit
  • 🔴 Red - above 90% of the limit
Plans without SMS

If your plan doesn't include SMS, you'll see the message "SMS is not available in your plan".

Upcoming Published Events

A list of the next 5 published trips. For each trip, the following is displayed:

  • Cover photo - trip thumbnail
  • SOS alert badge - red badge with the number of active alerts (if any)
  • Trip name
  • Dates - start and end date
  • Number of participants
  • Number of pilots - with first and last names
  • Status - trip status badge

Clicking on a trip takes you to its details.

From the sidebar, you have access to all system sections:

Menu Visibility

You only see menu items you have permissions for. An administrator sees more options than a regular pilot.

Top Bar

In the top bar, you'll find:

  • Logo and name - clicking takes you to the dashboard
  • User menu - logout, change password
  • Language switcher - change interface language (PL/EN)
